So, this is my blog and I'm really glad to have a place to say the stuff I want to say. I'm a miniature schnauzer almost one year old. My birthdays in November. My name is Maggie May. No, I'm not named after that Rod Stewart song. I'm named after my person's grandmothers. Neat huh!
I'm very beautiful, intelligent and loveable. I'm not fraid of nothin cept monsters. And there's monsters everywhere! There's "new people" monsters and "little kids on the street" monsters and "dog " monsters and "wind" monsters and "noise" monsters.
Even tho I'm just a little kid dog, I have jobs to do. I have to be the watchdog and bark at people monsters who come to the door. Even people that I know cause you never know. I do that real good. I can bark really loud. Sometimes when I start barkin I cant even stop myself!
I have a sister dog named Liddy who is a Bischon. She's pretty old and doesn't like to play much but we're bestest friends. And I have a cat named The Princess. She's pretty ugly with orange hair and a big fluffy tail. I really like to snarfle on her. When I do it I push her face to the floor. She trys to walk away so I walk with her and she gets really mad. But she loves us. She gives me and Liddy a bath every day. Sometimes thats really boring but if we try to get her to stop she bites us to behave.
I like lots of stuff. I like playing with plastic bottles (Mommy drinks diet coke so I have lots of them). They make lots of noise when I crunch them and I can chase them all over the house. I have a big brown basket that is full of my toys. All kinds of stuff for me to play with. I really like ripping up the toilet paper rolls once they're emptied. And I love to lay upside down on my back with my Granny and sleep on the couch.
Sometimes the TV fools me. There's a pizza add where the delivery person rings the doorbell to announce that the pizza has arrived. But, that sounds just like our doorbell so I bark and let everyone know that someone rang our doorbell and then I run to the door and no one is there. I just keep barking for a while anyway.
I like going for walk and I love having ventures (that means exciting new stuff to explore) I can run really fast
So I guess that's all for today. Here's a couple of photos of me as a baby and then a new one my mom just took of me.
Cute family you have Lynda!

I needed this - cute dogs doing cute things while my thugs run about the fields collecting stickers, hear the command "stay dry" and head right into the lake. Sand sticks better when you are wet. Just to get even perhaps I gave them kibble with gravey, quite forgetting it may not have cooled down. It the rare day, when these two back off from their food dishes.
ReplyDeleteBlog on, you may find it fascinating although I must say, this is a rather narrow format.
Sincerely, Garth
Hi Maggie May.... you weren't part of the family when I came to visit your Mom, Grannie and sister
ReplyDeleteLiddy. I did meet three cats though. Perhaps
next year Mark and I will make our way to Winnipeg and meet you.
Love the blog Lynda, and pictures are great.
Hugs
Margaret (Peggy)
Your animals are so sweet. There is nothing like a bichon. I have one and her name is Merry Truddles. She is old now and blind but gets along fine. She is a lot of company. You must need a sitter to come in when you go away.
